Confused by the European Parliament and how it works for young women’s equality? Aged between 16-25? Have your say on a European manifesto.

The National Association of Women’s Organisations in England has been working on a project with young women in England to produce a manifesto for the upcoming European elections. They want to pull together a list of the issues that young women think are important. Engender and YWCA Scotland are helping them to ensure that young Scottish women have their voices heard in this process, and we’re holding a discussion event to make this happen.

  • When: 2pm – 4pm, Friday 28 March
  • Where: Macdonald Road Library, Edinburgh

You can book to attend on our website or by calling Rosaria at 0131 558 9596, or emailing info@engender.org.uk.

A small number of travel bursaries are available for young women who could otherwise not attend. These are open to women across Scotland. To find out if you can claim travel expenses, please contact info@engender.org.uk or call us on 0131 558 9596. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK TRAVEL UNTIL YOU HAVE AGREED THIS WITH ENGENDER.
