Everyday Misogyny with Laura Bates

Everyday Misogyny with Laura Bates

March 11, 2021, 12.30 – 13.30

In researching her latest book, Laura Bates, founder of the Everyday Sexism project, found herself delving deep into the murky online communities of incels, pickup artists, and 'men going their own way' - uniting them all was a deep hatred and mistrust of women.

Rape Crisis Scotland and Engender are delighted to be able to host Laura for a virtual event where she'll be talking about her book and discussing how we can interrupt extreme misogyny in Scotland.

Live transcription will be provided for this event, and please contact Engender if we can do anything else to make it easier for you to attend.

This event is open to all and free to attend, although there is an option for those who are able to add a donation when you book your place.
