Making Change

As well as influencing decision makers to gender policy, we strive to help organisations, groups and individuals to push for equality.

Some of the ways we do this are:

- Our 'What Women Want' guidance for Councillors. Co-produced with the Women 5050 campaign, this resource was created through workshops and discussions with women about what they need from local decision makers.

- Equal Representation in Politics Online Tool. This fee and anonymous took helps political parties to assess how inclusive they are being for women, disabled people, BME members, and LGBTI people. It produces an action plan to help them improve.

- We work with groups across Scotland to hold workshops, consultation events, and offer advice for campaigning in their area.
