With vocal anti-choice politicians gaining votes, and women’s rights under threat, it might feel that things are looking bleak for a woman’s right to choose. But actually, around the world movements are building and women’s reproductive rights are becoming a reality. Join us to explore abortion rights around the world, hear about successful campaigns, and discuss how we can continue to fight for women’s bodily autonomy in Scotland.
This event is part of the Edinburgh World Justice Festival and anyone is welcome to attend, including children (please mention this on the booking form so we know who to expect).
Doors will open at 6.30, and tea, coffee and cake will be provided. The venue is wheelchair accessible and we will be using a hearing loop. Please mention any additional access needs on the booking form and we'll be in contact to see how we can support you to attend.
