The booking deadline for this event has passed. If you would like to attend, please email info@engender.org.uk.

Co-Hosted by Engender and NHS Dumfries & Galloway

This year is a chance for women in Scotland to have their say about their rights, as part of the UN Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW).

Come along to this free event to learn about CEDAW, and tell us what you think about your rights. It's also a space to meet with other women in Stranraer who care about equality and talk about specific issues in the area.

Lunch will be provided, and we can offer childcare providing you let us know in advance (or you are welcome to bring your children along). The venue is accessible, and we can offer travel costs if needed. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make it easier for you to attend by filling in the 'special requirements' box on the booking form.

After the event, there will be a chance for socialising and chat in a nearby venue.
