Engender are working with Inclusion Scotland, Scottish Camapign for a Fair Society, and Values into Action Scotland (VIAS) to organise this event for disabled people.

We want to hear your views and learn what is needed to make disabled people's lives better. We will pass this information to the Scottish Government to help them write policies that affect disabled people's lives.

At the event we will:

  • Hear your ideas for making disabled people's lives better
  • Inform you about your rights
  • Find out what you think about the Scottish Government's plans to improve your rights as disabled people
We'll also be hosting a women-only discussion to talk about the issues which particularly affect disabled women.

Lunch will be provided, and we can offer reasonable travel expenses. There will be personal assistants and facilitators to ensure that everyone is able to take part.

In order to help us plan the day the best we can, and ensure that everyone can participate, we need you to fill out a quick survey once you've booked (this will also be emailed to you)
