In 1991 lawyer Anita Hill testified against Clarence Thomas with allegations of sexual harrassment as he was waiting to be confirmed to the Supreme Court. Almost 30 years later, and the world is yet again reeling at the price paid by women for speaking truth to power.

Join us for a screening of 'Confirmation', telling the story of the remarkable courage of Anita Hill, followed by a panel discussion about the systemic oppression faced by women of colour in politics, the media, and all aspects of public life.

The event is free, and open to all.
