Join us for Engender's AGM

Our AGM is a chance to find out more about the work of Engender, celebrate our successes and get reinvigorated for the challenges which may lie ahead for our work for women's equality in Scotland. This year we will also be voting on changes to our articles of association (see details here), and electing new board members. Everyone is welcome to our AGM, but only members will be able to vote.

This year, after the business of the AGM, we'll be taking some time to remember Emma Ritch, Engender's Executive Director who passed away earlier this year. We'll be hearing from Marsha Scott, former convener of Engender's board and one of Emma's close friends, and making space to mark some of the tributes which have been left.

While the AGM will be happening online, we'd encourage members who feel able and comfortable to meet with friends or colleagues to share some cake and raise a cup of tea to Emma and Engender.

The webinar will be hosted on zoom, and live transcription will be provided. If there's anything we can do to make it easier for you to attend, for example by providing BSL interpretation or sending through slide presentations in advance, please let us know by writing it in the 'special requirements' box on the booking form.
