Feminist City with Leslie Kern

September 27, 2021, 18.00 – 19.00

Online event

The booking deadline for this event has passed. If you would like to attend, please email info@engender.org.uk.

Author and academic Leslie Kern calls on us to 'claim space in a man-made world' in her brilliant book Feminist City.

Join Engender as we host Leslie Kern for a discussion - chaired by planning and sustainable transport expert Daisy Narayanan - about how we can make our public spaces work for women. Hear from Leslie about her book and work as a feminist geographer, and get inspired about what a Scotland which was designed with women in mind might look like.
