Sex & Power in Scotland 2011, published by the Equality and Human Rights Commission, meaures the number of women in positions of power and influence across the public and private sector in Scotland. The report lists the number of 'missing' women in our top jobs and notes that despite graduating university in increasing numbers with better degree results than men, women are not entering management ranks at the same rate.
